Japanese cuisine has been influenced by the customs of many other countries, but has adopted and refined them to create its own unique cooking style and eating habits. I also believe Japanese culture fits perfectly with the way their food is served. Rice and noodles are the two primary foods in Japan. Rice is at every meal while noodles may come in different varieties. A unique food in Japanese culture is sushi, which is fresh raw seafood served with rice. The Japanese use very fresh ingredients in their cooking and are very well known for it. They prefer using fresh, seasonal foods for their meals, usually buying it the same day it will be cooked. The Japanese are also famous for their skill in arranging food. The people of Japan live long lives and have a low rate of heart disease because of healthy eating habits. The Japanese take pride in their eating habits and usually take great care into making their food, and keeping it fresh and healthy.

I really like your post! I think it's awesome how healthy the Japanese try to keep their food and eating habits. I think it's interesting how they rarely stray from their regular diets.
